Custom Printing Techniques

Sublimation Printing

Our digital printing employs heat to transfer dye onto various synthetic fabrics, like polyester and nylon. This technique ensures vibrant, enduring designs that are resistant to fading or peeling. Sublimation printing is ideal for crafting personalized clothing, bags, and home decor.

Pigment Printing

Utilizing pigment-based inks, this technique imparts subtle, muted designs onto fabrics such as cotton, linen, and rayon. Ideal for creating bespoke clothing, bedding, and home decor, pigment printing offers a refined aesthetic.

Reactive Printing

By employing reactive dyes, this method achieves vivid, bold colors on natural fibers like cotton and linen. Delivering bright designs, reactive printing is perfect for custom clothing, bedding, and home decor.

Our commitment to eco-friendly practices extends to all printing methods. Employing high-quality, environmentally conscious inks and state-of-the-art processes ensures vibrant, accurate, and enduring designs. Whether it's custom clothing, bags, home decor, or any textile project, we guide you in choosing the perfect printing method. Our team is here to address your queries and assist with your custom printing needs.

Direct-to-Garment (DTG) Printing

DTG printers utilize specialized water-based ink-jet technology for garment printing. This method allows multiple colors without stencils, making it suitable for intricate or colorful designs, like photo prints. Best suited for natural fibers such as cotton, hemp, and linen, our fleece garments contain minimal polyester to accommodate our Kornit machine.

One of the key benefits of print-on-demand is eliminating unsold printed garments. With no setup costs, DTG is cost-efficient for smaller orders or single T-shirts. The Kornit Atlas Max reduces water consumption by 93.8% compared to screen printing, utilizing 67% less energy and reducing CO2 emissions by 87%. The Kornit inks are certified heavy-metal-free, aligning with our sustainability goals.
